With a goal to be the “trusted local, neighborhood pet store” for pet owners, it is critical that Pet Supermarket create tight relationships with its customers through engaging in-store and online experiences. Unfortunately, two things were impacting experience on the brands’ eCommerce site: slow page loads and the inability to identify and eliminate illegitimate site traffic. To solve these challenges, Pet Supermarket evaluated Yottaa.


During its trial of Yottaa, Pet Supermarket experienced a 40% improvement in average page load speed. This resulted in higher conversions and better shopper experiences. In addition, through Yottaa’s bot detection and mitigation capabilities, Pet Supermarket was able to easily detect and eliminate all illegitimate traffic from its site. Following the trial, Pet Supermarket deployed Yottaa across its entire site. Today, the site is not faster and more secure, Yottaa has enabled Pet Supermarket to add more 3rd party solutions to further enhance experience.
