Meet Our Leadership Team
Rich Stendardo, CEO
As CEO of Yottaa, Rich is responsible for the strategic direction and management of the company. Prior to joining Yottaa, Rich has held leadership positions at high-growth technology companies, including Amazon, Endeca (acquired by Oracle), and General Electric. He is passionate about technology and customer success, particularly the impact that technology innovation has on business and financial outcomes. Rich is a graduate of Boston University and Harvard Business School.
Bob Buffone, CTO
Bob is the CTO and co-founder of Yottaa and is responsible for the company’s overall product strategy and direction. An industry thought leader in web performance, Bob brings over 20 years of experience working in SaaS, technology, and engineering leadership roles for companies such as Nexaweb, Trakus, and Cabletron. He graduated from the State University of New York College at Brockport with a degree in Applied Mathematics.
Ben Trafton, VP of Client Services
Ben leads Yottaa’s services and support organization and is responsible for all aspects of the company’s product implementations and end-user adoption. Before Yottaa, Ben was Vice President of Sales Consulting for Oracle Commerce following Oracle’s acquisition of Endeca, where Ben held numerous leadership roles including Vice President of eBusiness Technology. He graduated from Bates College.
Carlos Famadas, CFO
Carlos is responsible for leading Yottaa’s Finance and HR organizations. Before joining Yottaa he held senior finance positions at numerous scaling technology companies. He brings deep experience helping innovative tech companies raise $200+ million in equity and debt from Series A to Series C, bridging financing and venture debt. Carlos graduated from Harvard University and Harvard Business School.
Beth Moriarty, VP of Product & Corporate Marketing
Beth is responsible for driving Yottaa’s overall marketing strategy, product positioning and marketing, lead generation, business development, and corporate marketing activities. She has over 20 years of experience in product management and marketing helping cloud-based B2B eCommerce and supply chain tech companies, such as CashStar, Demandware (later acquired by Salesforce) and i2 Technologies, scale to become industry leaders. Beth graduated from Keene State College.
Jim Morrone, VP of Worldwide Sales
Jim is responsible for leading Yottaa’s global sales organization. A leader in enterprise software sales with over 25 years of experience growing sales organizations, Jim is an expert in helping eCommerce companies leverage software solutions to drive online revenue. Prior to joining Yottaa, Jim held senior sales leadership positions at Oracle, Endeca, GroupBy, and SAP. Jim graduated from Villanova University.
Tom Mackowski, VP of Product Management
With a proven track record of building and leading large engineering organizations, Tom is responsible for all of Yottaa’s product development activities. He brings over 20 years of experience leading high-performing and innovative product teams at companies such as Ericsson, Iron Mountain, Sun Microsystems, and Azuki Systems. Tom graduated from Daemen College with a degree in Computer Science and Marketing.
Dan Biagini, Director of Engineering
As the leader of Yottaa’s engineering team, Dan is responsible for ensuring the development and completion of all engineering projects. Before joining Yottaa, Dan held senior engineering positions at numerous technology companies, including Akamai, Ericsson, and Azuki Systems. Dan graduated from Northeastern University with a degree in Computer Science and earned his masters in Computer Science from Worcester Polytechnic Institute.
Mike Maberry, Director of Operations
Mike leads Yottaa’s Operations team and is responsible for the overall performance and availability of the portal and network used by our customers. Before Yottaa, Mike held operations leadership roles at Dynatrace and GoDaddy.
