Technical Account Manager

Retailers are working hard to meet consumer expectations by delivering the best experiences possible. As a result, today’s e-commerce websites are incredibly complex as they utilize multiple 3rd party services like personalization, product reviews, social media, ad tech, and more. These services provide benefits but at a cost: site speed and performance.

The Role

Join our growing team! We are seeking a talented Technical Account Manager with the ability to switch seamlessly between troubleshooting with a customer developer and discussing business initiatives with a customer executive. This role is paramount to Yottaa’s Customer Success initiatives to drive adoption and expansion in the market.

Responsibilities

  • Build a collaborative relationship with customers, serving as the primary contact for both business AND technical discussions.
  • Articulate and increase Yottaa’s value realized by customers through sustaining performance gains and identifying further areas for performance improvements.
  • Assist with customer troubleshooting, setup and configuration.
  • Be part of an on-call rotation for off-hours support.
  • Keep customers informed of upcoming product releases; develop account-specific roadmaps for successful adoption of the latest enhancements.
  • Measure and report on customer satisfaction; conduct periodic business reviews internally and with customers.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends in e-commerce, web security, and hosting.

 

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of customer-facing experience in e-commerce, hosting operations, or web security
  • Technical fluency in at least two (2) of the following areas: web development, DNS, hosting, web operations, web security and application performance monitoring
  • Successful track record of multi-tasking and being a team player on cross-functional teams
  • Experience with escalation management and strong problem-solving skills
  • Experience with creating and presenting compelling content to both business and technical teams

Marketing Operations Manager

Your mission:

Build an industry-leading marketing execution engine. Create and implement processes, technology, and tracking capabilities that maximize the productivity of marketing programs, enable the marketing team to make decisions that improve demand generation, and inform thought leadership. You will achieve this by having full ownership of all marketing technologies including Marketo, Salesforce (CRM) campaigns and integrations, Outreach, ZoomInfo, Webex Events, WordPress, and Google Analytics. You will work closely with the marketing team, sales operations, business development reps and account executives to make Yottaa’s target account focused marketing approach a success.

 

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • The end-to-end successful execution of innovative marketing campaigns
  • Database management and optimization
    • A high quality, fully-optimized lead and contact database
    • Field level segmentation for market penetration
    • A highly-efficient pipeline of lead capture, nurture, scoring, and handoff to sales
  • Day-to-day administration and management of our marketing technology stack
    • Infrastructure / tech stack integration and optimization
    • Create and manage all Marketo templates, assets, libraries, smart lists, flows, forms, landing pages, and reports
    • Create and manage webinar registration pages, forms, and triggered emails in Webex Events, and ensure proper integration with Marketo
    • Work with Sales Operations to manage integrations with Marketo and Salesforce for effective team monitoring
    • Implement campaigns including configuration, system administration, reporting, lead scoring, conversions, analytics, follow-up nurturing, testing methodologies, database management, deployment, and troubleshooting
  • Ensure effective integration and utilization of Google Analytics on the Yottaa website and tracking with Marketo
  • Manage external resources for website development, SEO/PPC/LinkedIn
  • Measurement and reporting of marketing effectiveness
    • Monitor team effectiveness in conjunction with Sales Operations
    • Analyze marketing performance including building reports and dashboards
    • Measure, monitor, and optimize the revenue funnel from inquiry to MQL to closed opp
  • Support and work collaboratively with marketing team members on demand generation initiatives by managing the execution of email, webcast, nurture campaigns, and other digital programs
  • Propose improvements to Marketing and Sales processes to drive speed and efficiency in systems
  • Troubleshoot issues, work closely with Sales Ops to identify and correct points of failure

 

Required Skills:

  • Strong proficiency with system integration principles and experience troubleshooting points of system failure
  • Technical and analytical proficiency
  • Ability to understand business problems; develop technical and systemic solutions to solve
  • Detail-oriented; enjoys working with data, new technology, and using them to solve complex business issues
  • Experience with business process improvement and change management initiatives
  • Strong familiarity with account-based marketing and B2B demand waterfall industry standards
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships and listen to customers (internal and external) and address needs and concerns
  • Ability to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
  • Passion for continuous improvement and self-development
