Responsibilities

  • Design and develop web and platform security applications and features; including the supporting data pipelines, APIs and contribute to developing supporting UI elements.
  • Continuously improve quality, performance and scale using best practices such as TDD, code coverage analysis, automated deployments, etc.
  • Work with product management, marketing and customer support to rapidly iterate on designs in an agile environment.

 

Qualifications

  • 5 years experience as a Software Engineer, with a demonstrably disciplined approach to development, testing, documentation
  • 5 years experience in implementing highly scalable web service architectures with Java, C++ or Go web services and/or microservices.
  • 3 years experience in Security domain areas, with expertise in HTTPS, system authentication models, encryption and web security (OWASP vulnerabilities, Web Application Firewalls, X.509 PKI)
  • 3 years  experience with SQL & NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Postgres, Cassandra, etc.); data modeling, performance tuning and data validation techniques
  • 3 years experience modifying and contributing to UI components (i.e. JavaScript, HTML5, etc)
  • Strong communication skills

We are seeking a talented Technical Account Manager with the ability to switch seamlessly between troubleshooting with a customer developer and discussing business initiatives with a customer executive. This role is paramount to Yottaa’s Customer Success initiatives to drive adoption and expansion in the market.

  • Build a collaborative relationship with customers, serving as the primary contact for both business AND technical discussions.

  • The end-to-end successful execution of innovative marketing campaigns
  • Database management and optimization
    • A high quality, fully-optimized lead and contact database
    • Field level segmentation for market penetration
    • A highly-efficient pipeline of lead capture, nurture, scoring, and handoff to sales
  • Day-to-day administration and management of our marketing technology stack
