Create a positive, energetic sales culture of activity and success
Motivate and hold team members accountable
Provide coaching and training to sales executives
Build and scale a high performing sales team with emphasis on inside sales
Hone a repeatable, value based sales process
Develop and manage a high quality pipeline including new business and upsells
Forecast and deliver on monthly and quarterly sales objectives
Work with the CEO to develop and implement the comprehensive go-to-market plan
5+ years in sales leadership roles including experience leading inside sales teams that sell Enterprise solutions ($100k+ ACV)
Experience implementing sales processes from scratch and revamping existing processes
Demonstrated success recruiting and developing inside sales reps
Ability to understand and help shape the company go-to-market approach
Success in a fast paced, startup environment

Your First 3-6 Months
Execute outbound prospecting at a high pace (60-80 calls/emails per day)
Work closely with the team to achieve your monthly goals from qualified outbound prospecting
Master and engage prospects with industry knowledge and Yottaa’s value proposition
Conduct territory research to identify key accounts, stakeholders, and use high impact messaging
Accurately and reliably log activity and account data using Salesforce
Team up with Account Executive(s) to develop territory plans and strengthen pipeline
Continue growing your career within Sales on the path set for you to carry a quota
Work closely with your Account Executives to understand the entire Sales Cycle
Maintain consistent prospecting activity while achieving each quarterly quota
Train to continue the path within Sales or Management within a Team Lead Role

Yottaa is looking for an Accounting Manager who will own day-to-day accounting operations and help drive business growth. We look for people who are passionate about execution, and are driven to create reliable, scalable and automated processes to enable decision making and business results.
Perform monthly financial close including journal entries, accruals, invoicing customers and revenue recognition.
Track and process fixed asset accounting: depreciation, leases, etc.
Prepare monthly account reconciliations and financial statements.
Assist with budget vs. actual variance analysis
Develop and enforce processes, policies and procedures
Support compliance processes: annual audit, tax, etc.
Drive process improvements
Bachelors Degree in Accounting or Finance
Minimum of 5 years of progressive accounting experience
Experience with recurring revenue models and SAAS
Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and handle a fast pace environment
Strong computer skills including knowledge of QuickBooks, advanced Excel skills, and experience creating executive presentations with PowerPoint
Exceptional attention to detail and a proactive approach
