Senior Sales Operations Analyst

The Senior Sales Operations Analyst is an integral member of Yottaa’s Sales Operations and Business Development teams. The position is responsible for support of Business Development, Inside Sales, and Outside Sales reps selling into Yottaa’s ideal customer profile and target accounts. SOA will conduct comprehensive research and identification on prospective internet retailers, leveraging Salesforce as the central hub of activity, manage the supporting systems (ZoomInfo, Boomerang, BuiltWith, etc), and drive use of systems and business processes by the sales team. Research will include identifying prospective leads and market segments and providing the results to Yottaa’s BDRs, ISRs, and OSRs via Salesforce.

The SOA will manage a large amount of sales and marketing data attained from various sources, and drive use of that data via Salesforce.com. The position requires critical thinking and reasoned conclusions based upon sound data interpretation and input from other team members.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Provide support to sellers targeting and penetrating new accounts
  • Enable Sales Leadership with management reporting, analysis and other business reporting as needed. Manage processes around all internal CRM data to maintain accurate and reportable data. Own real-time reporting of pipeline, bookings, and sales performance through data management and reporting automation
  • Drive lead assignments, lead generation, list creation, master data cleansing, etc.
  • Expand enablement and execution of sales process.
  • Build and enhance sales enablement materials.
  • Identify areas where automation is required to drive scale or velocity.
  • Research targeted accounts using tools such as ZoomInfo to maximize probability of appointments. Collect and disseminate that research via Salesforce.com.
  • Evaluate and recommend new productivity and business management tools taking into account implementation time and cost, return on investment, SFDC integration, ease of use, and rollout process including end user training
  • Perform ongoing Salesforce task management to optimize Sales performance
  • Collaborate with Marketing and enable lead-to-customer execution across functions
  • Assist Sales and Yottaa leadership with various projects and strategic initiatives

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree, ideally in Marketing or Business, finance or related field preferred, but not required
  • 3-5 years of experience in Sales Operations
  • Demonstrated Salesforce proficiency (certified a plus)
  • Experience with sales automation, enablement, reporting and business intelligence tools
  • Exceptional analytical skills and problem solving ability, and experience with business reporting and data analysis including various types of large data sets
  • Project management experience a plus
  • Good oral and written communication skills
  • Self-motivated and self-directed; able to work as a team member who builds positive working relationships
  • Exceptional organizational ability, high attention to detail, and ability to multi-task
  • Relentless focus on problem solving and process improvement
  • Takes ownership and initiates improvements

Your Mission

Sales Development Representative

Overview

Your First 3-6 Months

  • Execute outbound prospecting at a high pace (60-80 calls/emails per day)
  • Work closely with the team to achieve your monthly goals from qualified outbound prospecting
  • Master and engage prospects with industry knowledge and Yottaa’s value proposition
  • Conduct territory research to identify key accounts, stakeholders, and use high impact messaging
  • Accurately and reliably log activity and account data using Salesforce
  • Team up with Account Executive(s) to develop territory plans and strengthen pipeline

 

6-18 Months

  • Continue growing your career within Sales on the path set for you to carry a quota
  • Work closely with your Account Executives to understand the entire Sales Cycle
  • Maintain consistent prospecting activity while achieving each quarterly quota
  • Train to continue the path within Sales or Management within a Team Lead Role

Accounting Manager

Yottaa is looking for an Accounting Manager who will own day-to-day accounting operations and help drive business growth. We look for people who are passionate about execution, and are driven to create reliable, scalable and automated processes to enable decision making and business results.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Execute day-to-day accounting operations: accounts payable, expense reports,accounts receivable, revenue, payroll, etc.
  • Perform monthly financial close including journal entries, accruals, invoicing customers and revenue recognition.
  • Track and process fixed asset accounting: depreciation, leases, etc.
  • Prepare monthly account reconciliations and financial statements.
  • Assist with budget vs. actual variance analysis
  • Develop and enforce processes, policies and procedures
  • Support compliance processes: annual audit, tax, etc.
  • Drive process improvements

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelors Degree in Accounting or Finance
  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive accounting experience
  • Experience with recurring revenue models and SAAS
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and handle a fast pace environment
  • Strong computer skills including knowledge of QuickBooks, advanced Excel skills, and experience creating executive presentations with PowerPoint
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a proactive approach
  • CPA preferred
