Yottaa Customers Experience Record Sales During Black Friday & Cyber Monday Holiday Shopping Weekend

For many retailers, the period between Black Friday and Cyber Monday represents a significant percentage of annual revenue. In keeping with past years, the 2016 holiday shopping weekend broke many online sales records. Here are some statistics from leading industry data:

  • Online sales on Black Friday exceeded $3B for the first time
  • According to Adobe Digital Insights results, Cyber Monday online sales reached $3.5B (up 12% Y/Y) while Thanksgiving Day pulled in $1.9B in total and Black Friday $3.3B in total (up 22% Y/Y)
  • Mobile sales increased 34% year-over-year (Y/Y) for Thanksgiving Day + Black Friday and 29% Y/Y for Cyber Monday
