1st Cloud Innovation Showcase Conference Announced to Boost Cloud Computing Innovation and Adoption
Raymie Stata, CTO Yahoo!, to deliver keynote on cloud innovation and adoption
CAMBRIDGE, Mass. — August 30, 2010 — Yottaa , General Catalyst Partners , FastIgnite , today announced the first Cloud Innovation Showcase ("cloudinno") conference targeted at promoting cloud innovation and adoption, to be held on November 10th in Cambridge, MA. Inspired by the successful WebInno event, the Cloud Innovation Showcase is a gathering to promote Cloud Computing innovation. At each CloudInno, the organizer picks 5-8 companies as showcases. Each company is given 5-8 minutes to tell the audience their story. The selected companies include cloud-related startups as well as organizations adopting cloud computing. In order to foster community building, CloudInno organizers are making the conference free for attendees via sponsorship from General Catalyst Partners and Yottaa. “It is all about the community and ecosystem.
