Responsibilities:

  • Manage the day to day social media activities across all social platforms including Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, Google+, etc drafting relevant and timely updates
  • Assist with updating Yottaa's website, keeping the content and news fresh
  • Create and monitor website traffic and social engagement to measure the impact of social media programs
  • Partner in the development and management of content and calendars to be used across all social channels and platforms
  • Partner with external agencies (SEO, SEM, content creation, etc) to ensure strong, consistent output for Inbound interest

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years experience in Marketing, Communications, Brand, Social and/or Community
  • Strong knowledge, interest, and experience in social media technologies, platforms and channels
  • Experience managing a high volume of content and publishing schedule
  • Incredible attention to detail
  • Demonstrated organizational, copywriting, storytelling, communication, and presentation skills
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment and remain graceful under pressure in the face of changing priorities

  • Day-to-day accounting operations: accounts payable, expense reports, accounts receivable, revenue, payroll, etc.
  • Perform monthly financial close responsibilities including journal entries, accruals, invoicing customers and revenue recognition
  • Track and process fixed asset accounting: depreciation, leases, etc.
  • Preparation of monthly account reconciliations and financial statements

  • Build and maintain a world-class, global systems infrastructure delivering 100% reliability
  • Participate in hands-on development efforts of systems automation architecture, infrastructure, and process using tools such as Heat and Puppet.  Upon completion train Operations staff on how to best use these tools
  • Hands on experience with virtualization technologies such as OpenStack and KVM
  • Hands on experience scaling out global infrastructure in a hybrid environment leveraging Yottaa datacenter combined with AWS and Azure
  • Ensure cost-effective service delivery by automating critical processes, including server deployment, configuration, monitoring, and problem resolution
  • Assist with capacity planning and scalability to ensure systems are optimized for continuous growth
  • Experience with information security environments related to Identity Access Management, PCI, and Vulnerability is a plus
  • Provide best practices recommendations and guidance for use of AWS and Openstack

  • Utilize automation tools to build auto-scaling into the application

 

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years minimum experience in similar roles
  • Strong experience with Linux system administration, including automated installation and provisioning, shell scripting, and monitoring
  • Solid knowledge of Puppet, Chef or other automation technologies
  • Ability and desire to work in a fast-paced Agile development environment as part of a dynamic, creative team
  • Knowledge of open source monitoring tools such as Zabbix (Nagios) Graphite
  • Exposure to scripting languages Shell, Ruby/JRuby, Perl, Python
  • Some exposure to SCM and CI tools, such as Git and Jenkins
  • Solid foundational knowledge of web servers technologies including Apache, nginx, SSL, Varnish, Squid, or related projects

We are looking for a senior java developer to work in our backend platform team. The candidate must have exceptional skills in multi-disciplines including highly distributed systems, NoSQL databases, DNS, and networking. You will work with the team to design and develop new and innovative features or enhance existing ones in support of Yottaa’s web site optimization SaaS service. Qualifications:

  • Expertise in Java - 6+ years developing in java
  • Strong Computer Science fundamentals
  • Experience with NoSQL databases (e.g. MongoDB, Redis, Cassandra).
  • Understanding of messaging architectures / enterprise integration patterns. (e.g. Kafka, Rabbit MQ)
  • Up-to-date knowledge of Big Data technologies like Pig, Hive, Zookeeper, and YARN.
